Online return policy guidelines:

  1. For products purchased on Ellaspeed, if you need to replace the product or refund, you need to provide a valid order number
  2. Regarding the time of return, all products on this website, from the time they are delivered to customers, within 30 days, you have the right to apply for a replacement product or a refund.
  3. If the customer's replacement product is out of stock on the Ellaspeed, Ellaspeed does not accept replacement applications.
  4. Ellaspeed will provide replacement orders or refunds for damaged or substandard products. If damage is not the main factor, no other replacement or refund will be provided for unsatisfactory replacement orders.
  5. Within 24 hours after you place the order, we absolutely accept cancellation of the order without incurring any additional costs. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled within 24 hours without any reasonable reason. Before deciding to cancel an order, please mail our customer service first.

Acceptable return criteria:

  1. Return/refund or exchange within 30 days after receipt
  2. Defective items are damaged/broken or soiled on arrival.
  3. The size/color of the received product is incorrect.

If the problem is caused by Ellaspeed, or the customer needs to pay a fee, all shipping costs are Ellaspeed fees, which include the shipping cost of return or exchange.
For returned products, no purchase fee will be charged to consumers.

Guidelines for not accepting returns:

  1. 30 days after receiving the product.
  2. Goods with obvious signs of use;
  3. Any items that are not in their original state have been damaged or lost;

When sending a return, please include the following information in the return package:

  • Your full name/address/order number

You can return the order to us through other logistics, but you must provide the tracking number, otherwise the lost product will be recognized by the customer, and we do not accept refund applications.

Refund steps


  • Get in touch with our service center, and get the approval of the service center, and the refund address will be sent to you.
  • Fill in the logistics related information and send the tracking number to the service center.

We receive the products returned by the customer, and it usually takes 3-5 days to process the application. After the application is approved (if any), the refund will be returned to the original payment method. The general payment method: (The website only supports paypal payment method)
